I'm excited for this. "Cage against the machine" the campaign to get 4"33' of silence to number one as opposed to X-Factor karaoke. So much talent in this room.

Spent the weekend in Birmingham. Great time, so nice to get away from the same old, see old friends and make new ones. It's all good. All good.
