Bought a grand designs magazine today, this will be a monthly routine from now on I'm sure. i LOVE distressed wooden furniture, I'm buying white paint and sand paper this weekend. Sorry mum.

I've discovered a few gems in the Wolds whilst going on road rides, one of which i have to share. 

By the looks of it, it was an old stable/blacksmiths. Whatever it was, the first time i saw it on the brow of a hill climb it had me name on it. What i wouldn't give. Barn conversion. Yes please.

A new farm shop opened up in Rasen this week, selling local produce from all over Lincolnshire, its actually amazing, i spent £5.00 on bright coloured fruit, organic pasta and these. Tried them for the first time last weekend, go get some!

Had a nice Birthday, same old day really, although mum took me to see Shrek 3D it was fantastic, and really nice to do something with her and my little brother.

I have been going in this furniture shop, for, well over a year now. EVERY TIME to check my chair is still there. Here it is. I have no idea what it is about this chair, but i have wanted it so so badly. I have an image of a pure white living room, with dark wood floors and this chair sat in its centre. When i first went in it was £495. The man in there offered it to me for £350 a couple of days ago. I think he's sick of the sight of me. Watch this space!

I think this is an amazing quote that speak a lot of sense. So very, very true. It seems most people today are hard pressed to spare a moment to take an interest in people, as these spare moments are spent nursing growing egos and false pretences, usually in a bid to gain interest.
